Very interesting and concerning.

The physical reality of these transitions seems to be completely ignored by a large section of the populous and virtually all politicians and finance elites in the western democracies. Increasing copper production by 19 times alone has to be a monumental task.

Indeed. Monumental and expensive because of it. And once you add all the other metals that need to be mined it goes beyond monumental.
