I had the pleasure of being invited on The Barricade’s podcast last week and this is the result: a great discussion on all the energy hot topics in Europe right now.
A great interview! I feel very sad for Europe every time I listen to your talks. The flip side is that I keep being rewarded for buying stock in energy companies, especially gas producers. I think the trend will not reverse any time soon. I have a German friend, a college professor, who tells me I should listen to the experts, by which he means the EU government authorities who created Energiewende. I send him your articles and interviews but he is content to trust the wisdom of European technocrats. I think that attitude is common among European intellectuals. It’s baffling.
If someone thinks that authorities = experts there is no point in trying to change their mind. :)
Don't be sad, we're a tough bunch. We've been through worse though I'd admit I can'tr remember such a determined suicide course on the part of politicians in history.
Thanks so much for being our guest, Irina! It was a pleasure!
Thank YOU! Keep up the great work!
