This week, our quartet discussed the main messages out of this year’s WEF gathering and although I kept interrupting everyone because frustration got the better of me, some really important things were said (not by me).
Ok the keynote speakers at Davos are getting more strident! , but your panel need to brush up on their knowledge base a bit. California does have water reservoirs and they are obviously much fuller after this rain. (The two biggest, Shasta and Oroville are over 50% full now). Also we have aquifer recharge programs in the Central valley to capture run off and large storage areas like the Yolo Causeway which store water temporarily allowing some capture (infiltration etc)

Reservoirs are always a good idea, definitely.
