Bravo, Irina. This may be taken up by the Noble Savages at the next WEF meeting, if there is distillate available for their jets.

Thanks. Well, they can trains if there's no jet fuel.

Maybe we could stop farming now, then start again in a year with a much smaller population?

Irina Slav's avatar

We might need more than a year to achieve the population reduction needed for net-zero. We're a tough bunch when we want to survive.

“If I were reincarnated I would wish to be returned to Earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels.”

I need to ask: is this an actual quote? You really can't be sure these days.

Stephen Heins's avatar

Yes it is. Phillip has other like quotes. A Google search will find them.

Due to my complete lack of interest in the British royal family most of his brilliance has passed me by but even I have heard that he wasn't exactly delicate about anything. What a swell guy.

That activist(s) could well begin reducing the need for farming by stopping to eat.

We would all be a lot better off…

Do starving people emit less CO2? I haven’t ever heard that statistic. After they stop breathing, do their rotting carcasses emit greenhouse gases? We need to figure all this into the equation if we are going to do away with farming to save the planet because there will be billions of rotting human carcasses.

Irina Slav's avatar

That's a good question. I've no idea if starving people emit less but I'm sure rotting carcasses do emit gases because the bacteria that break down the tissues emit gases. I guess we can safely assume these gases are harmful for the climate because why not?

Perfectly summed up, it's a death cult. They can go first... step this way😁

Oddly enough, I don't see any volunteers...
