lollllllllllllll priceless! "It becomes cuter still if you recall how Boris Johnson went to Riyadh in March, quite urgently, and it was not to discuss the weather." and this one even better : "to keep its notoriously short-fused citizens from revolting yet again" ROFLLLL

I have huge respect for the short French fuse. Down here, we're more apathetic than I'd like us to be.

The script is quite predictable; the monetization of commodities-energy, oil. And Putin can, will, use this to not only survive but flourish in spite of so called “severe sanctions “ against Russia. Europe has demonstrated its lack of resolve and not taken responsibility for the ineptitude. We are not too gate from Europe as the Biden Administration stumbles into a renewable U.S. at the expense of the American people and its economy.

This is so good. Devastating critique of bozos at IEA and elsewhere.

Great analysis, thank you! It is interesting to note that right after Ursula said the EU needs to keep buying Russian oil, the 6th sanctions were adopted and the EU stops buying oil after all (and damn the consequences). Maybe some more calls for OPEC to behave "responsibly" and secondary sanctions? Summer looks exciting.
